Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your pet) to love every Waggon product! If something isn’t quite right:

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Not eligible for return: Used items, toys, or products marked as non-returnable.
